On the back of today’s launch of the BioMar 2020 Sustainability Report, we announce our 2030 Ambitions. We make a promise, to our planet and its people with a set of ambitious targets that will seek to aid in the restoration of our environment while enabling humanity to thrive. Two key areas are focused on the reduced impact of aquaculture feeds while the third will enable capacity building in our communities.
To confirm a mutual interest in entering into a partnership, BioMar and Vietnam’s leading shrimp hatchery Viet-UC have signed a memorandum of understanding with the intention of BioMar becoming part owner and operational lead in the feed factory currently owned by Viet-UC.

Today BioMar Group releases their Integrated Sustainability Report. Three years ahead of schedule, four out of five KPI’s for raw materials have reached the 2020 target. BioMar has decided to raise the bar further and have now set new targets for 2020.
